What is the minimum age you are allowed to play adult rugby?

For example can a 16 year old (U17) play adult rugby?
I live in the UK.

In the UK the legal age for anyone outside of the front row is 17 or over. For front rowers it is 18.
You Might get away with playing friendlies for your clubs second or third teams at the age of 16 if you are big.
But their is no insurance if you get hurt so I wouldn’t advise it
